North Country Boy 0 Posted December 7, 2010 Report Share Posted December 7, 2010 We have a healthy stock of wild english on our shoot that the keeper doesnt like being shot, if the odd one is mistaken for frenchy then hes ok with that, saying that i can never tell the difference when there coming at me at 60 miles an hour at 40 yards. hillkeeper101 0 Posted December 22, 2010 Report Share Posted December 22, 2010 leave them be mate, grey partridges will be having a hard enough time this winter without us shooting them. we used to carry round bags of wheat when i worked with them and give every covey we seen a little haep of wheat they didnt take long to find it in the snow.
