The Clyde estuary is an SSSI or parts of it are check with whatever org you believe in for specifics :gunsmilie:

can you explain this a bit better please as wildfowling is a foreign country to me

what is sssi and what orgs are there that covers the clyde estuary?

It doesn't matter if it's SSSI, RAMSAR, LNR or NNR so long as there isn't any bylaws in place to stop access. I've shot on all of the above sites in Scotland.

To find out if thre are any bylaws on this stretch of shore contact your local council or check with BASC Scotland.

Mark.
