.22 ratting pellet

RWS super H points are good pellets for ratting but you would need to check your zero for the different weights in pellets

 

 

thanks will have a look at them...will need to re zero as they will only be close shots.

hi buddy

i use AA field plus .22 18gr and zero at 19yds :thumbs:

but to be fair as long as you hit them in the right place( kill zone ) its not going to be bothered what cal/grain,its been THWACKED with :thumbs:

bisley practice are a good pellet round the farm from pigeons to rats they pack a punch, not sure if your s410 will spit them well but could be worth a try, just bought a s410 just waiting for the scope to come what pellet do you recomend for around 40yrds rabbit and crows :thumbs:

Just was going to say the same thing Davy bud.

 

Hit it in the KZ and its going to die really fast no matter with what pellet.

thanks to you all, will stick with what im using then, just got to re zero at about 20yr. farmer says there loads of rats there, will have to wait and see when weather picks up abit...like walking on corn flakes at moment... thanks again keith.

can any one recomened me a good .22 pellet for shoting rats round the farm, gun is air arms s410k... or should i stick with the premier ultra magnum i use for rabbits....thans to all.

 

 

Try Defiant 5.50's @ 14.00 Grains will fly Flater than other pellets plus still hit home hard - Dome Head - Yes a Lead Pellet
