I swapped my 510 today for a 410. Couldn't get on with it. Found it too loud without silencer but way to long with one on, but that's my opinion. Shot the 410 today and I think its great.

This seems to be the trend with the 510sl , had one myself and did`nt get on with it . There is also the slimline stock that the 510 has , combined with the shrouded barrel and carbine cylinder i personally felt it a little `unbalanced ` .

Just wondering, Been looking at the air arms from local gunshop. Not been in yet, just had a look on their site.

 

They have S410 £510, and S410F Classic Superlite. £535

Had a look around google etc but i cant seem to find any info that says what the "F" stands for?

 

They have an S510 also but due to the comments in here think id stick with a s410 instead, Thats if i ever get round to buying a pcp, Plenty of money, just a bit miserable

i picked the s410 but i havnt shot a s510 so carnt realy say what they are like, but i love my s410 best gun iv owned.

just brought my self a bsa ultra springer cant fault in the best i have had

Another vote for the a410 from me. Ive the carbine version and safely say it was well worth the money. It holds its value well and I cant fault it at all. Deadly accurate, very very very quiet and I get a redicuous about of shots per charge from it.

 

Saying that, the BSA ultra is getting good reviews on here atm, and is a lot lot cheaper, so might be worth looking at one of those also!
