at the dairy farm

hi every one

chaz,Fred, and i went out to the dairy farm this evening!

i concentrated on the Ferals and chaz and Fred went out for the rats!!

when i got in the cow shed there wasn't many about maybe one or two,so had those down and had a look around where the calf's were and asked the farmer if it was ok to take the ones over the calf pens.which he added yeah take em all,but be carefully when entering the calf pens ,as they can be a bit jumpy.

so i boxed clever and walked in slowly introduced myself by way of letting them all sniff me,once they was happy with that.i clapped my hands and all the Ferals flew of in to the cow shed

so back tracked i did,and started picking em off, some nice easy shots!

and some long shots 45+yds :gunsmilie:

then chaz and Fred came back in to warm up and a fag,as it was minus 5 out there! but we dint care! we still go out!

after another walk around outside,we picked up the rats chaz and Fred shot, and i picked two of as well

so all in all a good 3 hours out in the cold weather, what better way to spend a Wednesday evening

here is the pic

Nice work Gent's

Excellent thinking Sir :notworthy: getting em to go where yah want em :boogie:

You'll be getting em to load your gun next and then stand in front and inspect the muzzle :11:

Great production of feathers from the dairy, far better than Yoghurt :gunsmilie:

Well done lads a good night out! And a fair fue kills in the bag. May i ask were you shot the pigeons because you were using a .177 and boy was there a lot of blood!! :icon_eek::gunsmilie: Keep up the good work!

Ferrals are easy to shoot in the vitals of the chest, unlike a Woody that has a lot of body armout in the form of a massice breast bone and wall of muscle. Ferrals are generally very skiny and hit em in the chest area, their dead before they hit the floor.
