19powell90 89
Well i say if u like it get it! If u dont then keep opinions to yourself. The safety definately changes to feel to the gun! Quote Link to post
pianoman 3,587
I think 1652HCU feels that the price of replacement trigger and safety catch units, are higher than they are worth in his estimation perhaps?. A bit of finery is no bad thing on a good rifle. I'd love a bit of engraving and a classical walnut hunting stock on one of my HW80s Edited December 1, 2010 by pianoman Quote Link to post
19powell90 89
I know what u mean £70 for a trigger guard and safety is a bit steep, but it looks sooo nice. I have been trying to find a place that sells the thumbhole stock for the hw97k but cant get it anywhere. Quote Link to post

What I should have said was it is sometimes cheaper to find someone who will custom make these items, as off the shelf they are getting to be too expensive. For Stocks have a look at: LP Gunstocks Just a few images: Quote Link to post
1652HCU 0
GinB - Custom Wood Stocks are also very good. The link will show you the making of a GinB stock. http://ginb.piczo.com/?g=51839901&cr=5# If I recall correctly the GinB stocks start at around £150. Quote Link to post
