The next thread on here in a couple of months will be why isnt there any quarry around with me no more :hmm:

If this isnt a wind up,it proves nothing about the ability of the dog,there is nothing more satisfying than seeing a fair and equal course on any quarry,pre ban of course.

I take it there are no Snowshoe Hare in the UK? If there were, you'd be wanting a dog with some nose as well cause they're a pita to SEE if the ground is covered in snow. Fek, no way a sighthound would stay with one... I've damn near stepped on them seen them for a split second and then lost them again in less than 10 seconds time! :laugh: Seriously, in their white phase they're hard to see, close or far.

there no match for an average dog though pups young dogs ect? :thumbs:

Snowshoe is lepus americanus

mountain hare is lepus timidus
