Left the Lurcher at home

Recommended Posts

Left the Lurcher at home this morning as he has had a couple of knocks the past few days. So takes the terrier to a place that is crawling with Bunnies. No good for running the Lurcher on as its on a fairly steep slope, covered in bramble and gauze bushes. Ideal for the terriet though :D

Nearly at the place, then i spotted something sqauting about 10-15metres off the hedge line :hmm: walked over to it and.....up it lifted :censored: a Hare. Stood there thinking :censored::censored: as i watched it disapear into the distance accross an open field. Anyway win some :D lose some  . Let the terrier have a good rut about in the bushes. Then she shot into the reed bed which is in like a dead mans land where you cannot be seen :D Could hear the usual yelping as she was onto something, then she started barking, About 30metres from me a roe deer came out the reeds :icon_eek: looked me for a couple of seconds and then legged it heading for the woods which was about 300meters away :censored: As you can guess i was mighty pissed off.

Anyone else had any similar experiences that they would like to share.
