1652HCU 0
For my bluing project I just went to all my local (and not so local) RFDs and asked them if they had anything. Got a BSA Airsporter that needed TLC and a Webley Vulcan. The Airsporter cost me £20 and the Vulcan cost £10. So basically just ask - most guys want shot of these as they are just taking up space. pianoman 3,587
Hi Wxm. I can certainly vouch for Andy's (rossy08) Weihrauch HW35. This is one of the original models that put this amazing German maker on the map in Britain, and, having owned and shot one during the late 1970s,-roughly about the same vintage as this one, I can honestly tell you this one will be a real beauty. Andy had already done some superb work on her but, all she needs now, is a bit of TLC and a re-blue. Certainly nothing major. Unless you are after something for nothing, this is one of the best rifles for a restoration project I've seen in many a while. I'm a left hander so, that's my only reason for not buying it myself. I keep all my rifles. They are never traded or sold. I really recommend you have a look at it. ATB Pianoman Edited November 28, 2010 by pianoman Quote Link to post
