kenny14 656
I've just got one, I'd been using a clulite la4 with double battery pack on a belt which served me very well for many years, but as nearly all my lamping is done walking and on my own I was after something even less bulky and lighter. Due to the weather I've only managed a couple of outings with it so far but I'm pretty pleased with it, the big Vixen in my recent post was accounted for using it. I've not used the momentary switch though, as it needs constant pressure to keep the light on, which isn't ideal if you need to shoot from different positions. The tight white beam is very different to other lamps, but quick to get used to and lights the target up very well. Quote Link to post
mangy1983 51
Thumbs up from me as well and if you are going to buy one get it from here as it is much cheaper than it is from the UK site which is here but you do not get the full kit you get with the UK site. The torch cost on the Canadian website about £87 and it had free international shipping about a month ago and it took less than a week to arrive and l also found that if you buy the accessories that you want from the Canadian website it will work out much cheaper overall. As Kenny said to which l found out the hard way the monetary switch is a pressure switch which will only work when the switch is pushed in but apart from that l have no niggles with it and l have shot rabbits easily out to 75 yards with my rim fire but l can see them clearly much further away than that. I also bought the Cluson Gun Quick Release mount here Hope this helps cheers Callum Edited November 27, 2010 by mangy1983 1 Quote Link to post
