Shaunm41 14
How does this work?? I was refused my SGC last December but I was pulled over by the police today for a routine traffic check and it flagged back that I am a SGC holder... Whats that all about?? Quote Link to post
markha 99
Ring your local fire arms department and ask them. Quote Link to post
TopDown 0
I think it is more likely that there is a record of the refusal on PNC. Not showing you are a holder but that you have had it refused. Quote Link to post
Dan_Mercian 27
They never asked for my reg on my sgc app?? Or does it go on the registered driver? Quote Link to post
TopDown 0
It's not on the vehicle it's on the person details Quote Link to post
The Seeker 3,048
Yes it's on the individuals record not the vehicle. I drive a car owned by my company and got a pull early morning last week routine check. He radioed in to find out if I was an insured driver of the vehicle next thing within seconds radio comes back with my name and address and I held two licences for fire arms. fatboy 0
When you applied for your sgc certificate, you would have been allocated a number which would be put on your file/record,so even if you are refused it will still show the number on your details,as it will stay there. SportingShooter 0
My FEO was telling me the last time I spoke to him, that if you are refused a FAC/SGC then it will remain on your record until after your 100th Birthday. Quote Link to post
