rabbit.slayer.no.1 3 Posted November 24, 2010 Report Share Posted November 24, 2010 (edited) ok guys what is your traviling times to permissions? the only one i have got is about 2 mins from the house in the car, but its been shot for years and to be honist its cleared , in the last three weeks ive seen 2 rabbits . anyways im going off track here , im asking because i need to see how far people are willing to drive to gain permision. gurtwurz 792 Posted November 24, 2010 Report Share Posted November 24, 2010 nearest involves jumping over the garden wall but thats dead quarry wise but good for target practise to about 20 minutes drive for the farm. the valley's 1o minutes or so drive. i can shoot on a couple of the places we run survival courses on but the nearest is 3 1/2 hours away(300 acres of gloucestershire woodland tho!! ) and the others in cumbria, and i havent been up there yet... cheers, wurz Quote Link to post

Wurz, You work on survival and bushcraft courses? Snap:) mostly in mid Wales, I had a client ring me up yesterday for a course as she had paid money to UK Survival Scool only to find out it has stopped trading and now trading under a different name, I know the guy, Jed Lawless, decent enough bloke, has he gone bump then? sorry for the thread hijack.
