this is total bullsh*t,an absolute urban myth,has anyone ever even heard of this outside of a news paper article??????????where they also usually say the badgers jaw is broken in a vice! and that they are worth £1,000 each for baiting.

Well said. In over twenty years of working dogs I've known of many illegal things but never, ever known a black and white have its jaw or legs broken or teeth pulled etc..and certainly never known of one being sold for that purpose, not least for a grand; if that were true, we could be quite well off where we live, place is alive with the b*****ds.
