i think theese are hard to fault for the money, i have used them for a few years in 2.50 for carp and eels, but the 2.75 would be better for chucking deadbaits out.

got mine from" go outdoors" 12ft 2.75 carp rod for £22, theres one in edinburgh and one in clydebank dont know if thats near you

I use a John Wilson 2lb 10foot wanderer rod for roaming about wobbling and using small lures cork handle very light and you can pick them up flea bay for £25 or there abouts

Do you mean an all round rod? As i have a few for sale... some are 4lb test curve for big dead baits, i have some tip action for long range livey work.. i have some through action for close up work...?? let me know what you want.
