Toka 10
yeah..another one for accupels...my s410 is .22 but i found the same with the air arms, lots of slightly deformed ones. atb Quote Link to post
RiffRaff 5
i use jsb exacts in .177 8.4 grain but 4,52 head/skirt in both my S400 an my S410 both to good effect, very accurate if you do your bit, but depends on if your barrel like them some barrels are very pellet fussy. i have a webley stingray springer that hates them but will shoot crappy bsa elite at £2.50 at tin all day. horses for courses i suppose, there was a post about pellet swaps on here a while ago, might be worth having a look in there, or at a push order a sample pack from pellpak an see how it shoots with the different types you get from there atb RiffRaff edit for fat finger syndrome spelling Edited March 15, 2011 by RiffRaff Quote Link to post
pianoman 3,587
All great pellet suggestions but, for a pcp, what about giving Bisley Magnums a go? Often heard how good these are in PCP rifles and a tough pellet, similarly like the H&N Barracuda. If Barracudas don't work out, these probably will. But, if you have a tin of Air Arms ammo this much badly deformed, I'd take em back to the shop! The 4.51 Fields are fantastic for my TX200HC. mikeyblue 28
My old TX200HC used to love AA Fields also, either the 4.51's or 4.52's. Thing to note, many of the top pellets, are made in the same factory, same dies, and same machines. So they are the same pellets just in different tins and different prices. The JSB factory in the Czech Rep. also manufactures for FX, AA, Webley etc. Mikey. Quote Link to post

mikeyblue 28
Hi Webby, As far as I know the JSB's are the same as the FX and Air Arms. The JSB Express 7.9gn I use are the same as Webley Mosquitos, just cheeper Mikey. Edited March 16, 2011 by mikeyblue Quote Link to post
secretagentmole 1,701
Thanks for the heads up on the JSBs. The wife's AA and my Hatsan love the Diablo Fields, so will look for JSB and save the dosh! Quote Link to post
