I think they must've blocked me..... I really didn't say anything nasty, it's a bloody shame when tossers like that start what is ment to be a debate and as soon as anyone disagrees with their point o

I seen the advert nothing cruel about it , also saw in the paper people had made complaints saying it was cruel to keep dogs out side and that dogs should be kept inside . How f*****g pathetic can you get . they have now removed the bit with the dog from the advert .

The Deerhound Rannoch is out in fake snow in the middle of july.

But what these people think - is its going to encourage people now to kick their dogs out

in to a kennel, that is open fronted.

If you want to read more of the drivel - and your on facebook.

hear ya go.

Oh and its not been removed at all, it was always intended to be cut down, when the full ad

had run its course - the full ad is still being shown.

i think you are missing the point......the point being that the actual basis of the complaint is that the advert (in which no animal actually suffered, it was a mock up of snow etc) might lead people to believe that its perfectly acceptable to keep a dog in a tiny kennel, where it cant even stand up, turn around, or get away from the winter weather/elements, with a bed actually in the snow and therefore getting cold and wet, is a suitable place for a dog to live. And i agree fully that no dog should have to live in the type of kennel that this advert depicts. There are "kennels" and there are "KENNELS", AND THE ONE DEPICTED MOST CERTAINLY IS NOT SUITABLE. Its nothing to do with people saying dogs shouldnt be kept in a kennel per se....

Its an ADVERT FFS!!! I don't jump out the seventh storey window and expect a rollercoaster to take me to work like the Barcleycard advert or expect Tony the tiger to pack my snap whilst I finish my frosties. Its not suggested husbandry for dogs, its a f*****g advert, jesus christ..............

Really? ... that's disappointing, it looks like so much fun and a great way to beat the traffic.

I was going to start scoffing weetabix in the hopes that horses would start talking to me - I always fancied talking to a horse.

Adverts are so misleading :whistling:
