ALRIGHT PEOPLE YOUS CAN CATCH THEM.YOU CAN COOK THEM.

 

FIRST CATCH 4 BIG BUNNIES.

DEBONE THEM.

2INCH GINGER GRATED.

4CLOVES GARLIC GRATED

 

1 TEASPOON SALT

1TEASPOON TUMERIC.

3 TEASPOON GARAM MASALA

2 TEASPOON CORIANDER POWDER

2 TEASPOON GROUND CUMIN

1 TEASPOON RED CHILLIE POWDER

1 TEASPOON CRUSHED CHILLIES

 

2TINS CHOPPED TOMATOES

3 MEDIUM ONIONS FINLEY CHOPPED

1 TUB NATURAL YOGURT

 

FIRST FRY YOUR ONIONS TILL TRANSLUCENT 3/4 MINS

THEN AD GARLIC /GINGER 2MINS

THEN AD ALL YOUR MIXED SPICE AND DRY FRY 3/4MINS

THEN AD THE BUNNIE MEAT AND STIR IT THROUGH TILL ALL COATED /COOKED THROUGH

ADD BOTH TINS OF TOMATOES AND STIR THROUGH

ONCE BUBBLING AD 4 TABLE SPOONS OF YOGURT AND STIR THROUGH

NOW TURN YOUR CURRY DOWN TO A SIMMER AND DONT TOUCH IT FOR HALF AN HOUR

GIVE IT A STIR REAPEATING EVER HALF HOUR FOR 2HRS

GET SOME RICE AND A NAN AND ENJOY.BETTER THAN THE DOG GETTING THEM.

YOU CAN USE HARES/ VENISON ANYTHING REALLY I DO.

Rabbit needs way more cooking than chicken - especially older rabbits. Long and slow is the way to go.

Totally agree with you shepp, his rogan josh sounds divine and thrice as tasty as a jar of Tikka Massala.

I just wanted to get the point across that you dont need to do all that prep. I had a period when i had more rabbits than you could shake a stick at and was looking for easy ways of cooking them. The RTM was sssooooo easy thats all, and i wanted to share.
