Do these plastic ferret boxes suffer from ventilation problems? i.e.do they get damp inside after a day with the ferrets inside one? never had one myself.

Plastic will sweat like feck I'd stick to good old wood just make sure you give it a coat of varnish or weather protector

I've been using a plastic tool box, with a ply divider and internal doors, and seatbelt strap for a couple of seasons now. It works well, i've put air holes in and had no problems with ventilation, if anything they stay alot dryer in wet weather.

Aye apart from the price i still reckon it will sweat and on a warm day or in the car it could be worse ?

I have used plastic in the past, they do sweat a bit even with ventilation. I use wood now. yc
