nelson 0 Posted January 4, 2007 Report Share Posted January 4, 2007 i phoned them back strong stuff but they said they could not exchange it or refund it because it was a made to measure collar. i have just put it in the cupboard and forgotten about it because it gets me pissed off when i look at it! i was shocked to be honest when i got it because the rest of there stuff looks good but what i was sold is shit! I'm not saying any of this to try and drum up trade, I hope that's clear. But that is very short sighted of them to refuse to replace or even look at it, I won't pretend for 1 minute that I've never had problems, but you have to sort them out and come back better than ever if you're going to try and compete. It is bad business to ignore even the smallest of complaints as it is your reputation that is at stake. We all know that if you are selling products to people who require certain standards then you must meet their requirements. If you do not then neither you nor your product will last very long on the market or out in the field. As a custermer I have the power, especially with the use of the internet, to inform and express my opinion which is one of confusion if I am to be truly honest. I can not understand why such a well respected company would act in such a manner. Firstly for making somthing to a standard that is shoddy to say the least and secondly for sending a paying custermer such a product. JPT Quote Link to post
