Guest crobinc840 Posted November 11, 2010 Report Share Posted November 11, 2010 I'm assuming you just got it from the breeder? 7 weeks is a bit young to get from a breeder but they should tell you what it has been fed on and the amount. A big change in diet will make most dogs sick but especially a puppy. The suggestions above are spot on but it's important to change their diet slowly. If it's not what he's used to, that could be the reason, when you get a pup you should feed what it's been reared on,then if you want to change, do it gradually. If he seems well apart from the runs , as has been said, starve and I would find out what it was reared on and go back to that for awhile . If he is looking sorry for himself, get him to the vets.
