ferret collar

I have just bought a mk3m locator and fitted the collar to one of my smaller jill's and she just kept on escaping at one point I thought I would choke her the collar looked that tight I co thinking of buying a leather harness and converting it to fit any of you come across this problem before with the collar and I would appreciate any idea's you have to help regards nick

as said mate just put more holes in it till you get the right size to fit your ferret if you can spin the collar and it cant come over its head then thats you sorted even if you think its to tight its fine dont forget your ferrets have put on there winter coats so you will have to adjust the collar to suit :thumbs:

It's happened again whilst out this morning I put the locator on search it was telling me ferret was 14ft away then as I looked to my right low and behold there was the collarless fert as I fitted the collar to her I could spin it but not pull it over her head there is no way i'm digging every time I go out
