Going from what i've heard mate not from experience is that the deer hound and dhx's has an inbred hatred for the fox and will kill it at any given chance althought not sure if same about other quarry as well but like you say most sight hounds have high prey drive. atb ds Quote Link to post

The prey drive is used as the main thing used to get the dog out of the trap and into top gear as soon as possible. Quote Link to post
