Who says I get that for picking up? It states loading clearly!

 

If I load (and I do regularly) I take my car to the guns house (if local) and I collect them in their own vehicle and chauffeur them to the shoot. I carry all the carts/shotgun etc... And I load & assist that gun on the day (whole day) and drive them around and generally be at "beck & call "

 

Many times I have picked a gun up at 6am, done the shoot and not gotten back home until 1am as the guns and friends wanted to go for more drinks after the shoot.

Yes I have sat in the car waiting whilst they all get mullered and then taken 3 guns home before collecting my own car & going home.

 

When I beat, it is between £20 & £30 per day which is fine. When I pickup, I charge £40. If I get a meal then fine, if I get nowt, then fine aswell.

 

If I'm beating then I can't load or pickup (myself) whoever books gets 1st priority.

 

If that shoot requires all, then I call people who I know & trust to see if they can cover, if not then I do as I'm booked.

 

So read what you want, digest what you want and make your mind up as you want.. I can't do all things, even though I have the stock to do so, but I also have many many contacts who will help where possible.

 

So in answer to you. Yes loading is as the price and I get it (quite regularly) and the other prices are by negotiation.

 

Read what you want Darren and make up your own mind. This is my job now, I don't mess or take the piss out of your job so I would appreciate it if you just let me pay my way in life please.
