excersing the collie x

just wondering what age you would start your collie x's preferably in mind of the 3/4 grey 1/4 collie, and what excersinging methods you use at whatch stages.

me, i only give light exsersise intill 9-12 months old, depends how i feel there developing! dont want to damage there little joint/bones

 

but every 1 has there opinion on this, thats mine...but [bANNED TEXT] do i know
