how olds the pup mate , 15 a good number, were they easy rabbits or did the dogs do well to catch them like, im only intrested as i have a 14 month old weaten/grey x bull,saluki,whippet,greyhound hes catching great on the lamp an retreving lovely but i wouldnt want to run him on to many as so many people say to much can hurt him , any advice would be apprieciated

pup is 10 month old mate, an she took a few oot theyr seats, a few easy runs an a few decent runs if im honest

tried holding her back mate, but she jumps me fences an goes hunting herself if i dont work her, even taking her oot an given her a couple a slips aint enuff anymore, she still goes awol next monring bursting wae energy haha

 

as soon as she shows signs of not wanting to retreive, play about or just starts looking tired, i call it a nite tho to be fair....

 

 

wouldnae take what people say as gospel mate, its your dog, as long as you know you aint rippeing the arse oot of it, thats all that matters,

we decided to gee the bunny's a bit of harasment last nite, just stayed local(ish),

 

incase the fireworks were gonna ruin the nite, we forgot camera but here is a few pics we took this morning

 

end of night tally, 35 bunnys

 

15 to my pup

20 to teds dog

 

could of had more truth be told, but my bitch is only young an dont wanna over do it, so we called it a nite

I usually leave Bommy night well alone, like Baghdad around here, the city is ablaze and though I live on the outside now the noise and smells from it drives everything in. I never take the gamble on a drive either but you know your specks and it paid off, well done again!
