Try some Optrex infected eye drops, it could be they have got dust and crap

in their eyes, optrex has Chloramphenicol in it and its known as a broad-spectrum antibiotic.

Some chemists give you a 3rd degree over why your buying it,

dont say its for the dog, otherwise they just wont sell it to you,

it may also be worth you rinsing the dogs eyes out after youve been ratting.

maybe their bedding although you say one dog hasn't got it,mine used to get it when bedded down on straw, changed it to pet blankets and they don't get it any more so maybe it was causing it don't know 100% but they never had it since
