There aren't more fish getting caught the now than there was any time in the past. The only way you can catch more fish is to fish more..... experience experience experience.... Quote Link to post

The only way you can catch more fish is to fish more..... experience experience experience.... so right i have been using an £8 spinning rod and a £5 reel for the last few years and had loads of pike on it. i see "tackle tarts" regularly and they catch no more than people using basic tackle. as said before its experience and partly venue in my simple eyes.
