Yep, nothing like it, takes me back forty plus years, nowt like it B) . When I am on the quad in the fields, I usually have a "Black Widow" slingshot with me..........Al :drink:

u can buy them catapaults he has in the dvd goodens

how can you get hold of them are they on the net or just from fairs

 

never leave the house without one & a few lead shots :D

very nice where do you get your lead shot from?

I used to do a lot of catapulting as a kid, homemade ones, the on to Milbro then tried Black Widows. Became a bloody good shot - also bloodied my thumbs a few times too.

 

Though I shoot now, I have very fond memories of the old catty. :D

my cattie is from an old oak tree and latex rubber. had rabbits, pheasants and ducks with it. :clapper: top class, but you need to get close. tried the black widow and diablo but not accurate enough IMHO. once head shot a pheasie in front of about 6 lads at night with a cattie about 12 years ago. good weapon :cry::icon_eek::drink::drink:

Loads on ebay, that's where I got mine from. Had a great time when all the acorns and conkers fell B) , free ammo...........Al :drink:

ive got a cobra and a black widow. went after the maggies last night with it, been a few times but havnt had anything, knocked 'em down a few branches but never kill them?? im using the steel balls that you can buy, the 50 for 3 quid type.
