I never eat breakfast, and most days i don't bother with lunch either because i don't get a lunch break at work. Trouble is, by the time i eat my tea, i could eat a flock bed, so it's pig-out time

I eat my brakfast now, i start early 5am with coffee, 6 raw egg & go, Now i have cook meal..sausage,tomato, toast,some fruit & wash down with big cuppa tea. What you have for breakfas ??

:thumbs: You beat me to it mate. When i lived in scotland and had to work early it was tattie scone or hash brown with bacon, sausage, mushrooms and Haggis in a roll x 3. Breakfast of champions. Can't get decent haggis down here
