events co-ordinator 353
My old man has a post on another site as well as this one I've put up but there seems to be some reluctance to complain about the sspca he's already started on the political side and the legal side is in motion all we need is specific complaints about them. I am in the process of legal battles in regards to the removal of animals and failing to produce or read a warrant , sadly i can't go into detail as this is now a legal matter . SHARPSHOOTER! 40
My old man has a post on another site as well as this one I've put up but there seems to be some reluctance to complain about the sspca he's already started on the political side and the legal side is in motion all we need is specific complaints about them. The problem is that people don't know how to complain!! They don't know there rights as a human being and they DAM WELL don't understand the powers granted to the SSPCA at the drop of a hat!! If people could elaborate as to what the SSPCA can and can't do (with or without a warrant) then maybe then the complaints would start filtering through. What is harassment? What is there opinion of cruelty? How does that count against yours? Are they professionals that can give that opinion ? How many times can they visit a premise without just cause ? What is just cause ? Does Veterinary records count if they are available? What rights do you have to contest or oppose what they believe to be cruelty or there so called allegation? If they have a warrant must they read or show it? Are they Police officers as they bang on your door, look and act like them? WHAT IS THE EXACT POWERS GRANTED TO THE SSPCA????? Except the Animal health and Welfare act (Scotland) 2006 !! Oh and by the way if any ones dogs are removed unlawfully or without very, very good just cause then UNDER SECTION 33 OF THE ANIMAL HEALTH AND WEALFARE ACT A RELEASE ORDER CAN BE SOUGHT !!!! This is a very ,how would you say tiptoe clause what they use but the problem lye's with people not knowing there rights!! YIS SS
SHARPSHOOTER! 40
If anyone would need to know how to build a defence against any so called alegations please PM or the Topic starter and we will be happy to point you to the correct legal advisor !! events co-ordinator 353
The main problem is that people actually speak to them if the people gave straight no comment interviews they would have no information to base a complaint on.In some recent cases that the SSpca lost, all information that they based their prosecution on came from interviews with the accused.I dont want to comment on what the SSpca can and cant do because there are legal specialists dealing with that just now. Cold Ethyl 63
I had them back last week lol the ex is a bit thick his stories dont add up.I leave my dogs apperantly for over a week a time all alone with no food and water etc.Despite this they never fight or look starved or eat the cats etc and they hold their buisness all that time too.I have over 100 terriers LMFAO ones enough ty.8 pregnant lurchers and 3 other dogs loads of ferrets of which i have none and there where 18 sacks(15kg)of various types of dog food here and the fact that they were out just a few days before and came in and seen the dogs etc so how the feck can you come out saying someone left the dogs for a week when you know i was here???? I will give you all the evidence you want mate i have had runs in with the cat and dogs home as a rescue were constantly picking up their mess giving out untested dogs and kids getting bitten etc and them refusing to take any laibility un vaccinated dogs and so on
Morag Jackson 1
I'm fighting the sspca head on now. They are totally corrupt. They seize perfect dogs and sell to local breeders. Prosecute the owners in court using an independent vet Harry Haworth, lamond vets. He's their chairman and director of all sspca companies lamond vets gets paid £69k every year for false clinical vet reports and perjury from sspca charity money. Thousand of animals die or pts in their diseased kennels. Set up innocent victims as convictions all they care about.
