3. Pairs of Socks.

1. Deodorant.

1. Toothbrush.

1. Toothpaste.

1. Packet of Wet wipes.

1. Packet of Mints.

If you have some warm clothing, Blankets or sleeping bag and you know where homeless are sleeping why not give them out yourself every little helps in the winter months.

But you cannot ignore the atrocities either.

 

Good men do bad shit at times under extreme constant pressure, and justice needs to be seen to be done, you cannot invade a country, then kill and mutilate at will.

 

No such thing as a good war, or righteous war, thats all political bulllshit talk.

 

Armies are for defense, what the fuuk are they defending in iraq or afghanistan, fuuk all thats what, and dying for their efforts.

Along with 1000s of other ordinary working peoples of the countries they are in.

Do you see the brits or yanks in rhawanda or any other oiless shiitholes, where were they when the chinese were putting on their olympic firework display to the world in the opening ceremony, whilst at the same time slaughtering hundreds of peaceful tibetan monks, while the world wowed at their fuuking fireworks, human rights my ass, they just took the piss completely, and there wasnt a fuukin murmur from the brits or the yanks.

 

And thats not right, and i dont see how anyone in their right minds could think it was.

readie from this site bought the ex soldiers plight to the attention of the members on this site all strong stuff as done is try and help as have everyone else if you don't like strong stuff tell him by pm am sure he gets lots of fan mail or start your own topic and not spoil this one and to kay great list you put up have got loads of woollen hats and gloves and socks that am sure others have to that they get for Christmas and never use lets keep this topic on track and not start bickering and pass it on to other forums you are all on ATB .. ..john

I totally agree with you .. we shouldn't have to do it .. seemingly the moneys being pumped into the '' elite'' services.. but i know first hand the lads are still buying there own stuff ... it is a disgrace & the government have to be shamed into making it right for serving personnel & ex serving personnel

Now onto the important stuff. I served in the British Army from 1976 until very recently and I know how much these guys need your help. We've just made up two dozen shoe boxes and would encourage everyone to do so. Cheers lads!

But it does leave a nasty taste in my mouth seeing this BNP 'person' Strong Stuff setting himself up as some kind of spokesman for our brave lads. The kind of filth he spouts doesn't help anyone,it only serves to cause division and hatred.You're not fit to lick their boots mate, so stop trying to speak for them. We don't need your kind.

Has Kay said earlier its not about supporting troops per se more about human welfare and I for one will be sorting through my old thermals and such and posting off.

Whether you agree or disagree with any of the conflict thats going on it should be remembered that these squaddies can and do get a piss poor deal from our goverment............so lets not make their lives on civvy street become a battle for them aswell
