SNAP SHOT 194 Posted October 24, 2010 Report Share Posted October 24, 2010 There are only 2 proof houses in the uk as far as i believe, ones in birmingham, the other in london, from what i hear the london proof is the better of the 2 with regard to caring for the guns that they handle, i hope this helps you out.... roughshooter1 1 Posted October 24, 2010 Report Share Posted October 24, 2010 Take them to your local dealer who should have a bore guage which will measure the barrel thickness and he will be able to tell if it is in proof or not.
