Just found a silver ferret

Recommended Posts

Just as i was coming in with the dogs i saw a ferret on the footpath ahead so i put the dogs in and went back out, crouched down and held out my hand and this ferret came straight to me so i picked it up and it's now in my spare hutch. Im aware that it must belong to someone and if i hear of some missing a ferret i will return it. On the other hand, if nobody claims it, it is a welcome addition to my team. The two ferrets i have already got are jills and this is a hob, is it ok to house them together throughout the year and would you just stick it straight in with the other two?

If your happy with its condition put it in with yours the breeding seasons past so they should be okay but inless its got a scar from its testes up to its belly your going to have to look at housing it elsewhere from your jills next breeding season .
