Dawn B 212
oh good the r.s.p.c.a saved the day again it must of been real then because they said so No they didnt, he handed himself in to Police who released him WITHOUT charge! Its only now the RSPCA have intervened. Cant see what the issue is, the publicity has obviously made him feel guilty and rightly so, the dog is safe and Im more concerned about that to be honest, certainly more so than worrying about how the RSPCA may look, I couldnt give a toss about them.
