Dawn B 212 Posted October 18, 2010 Author Report Share Posted October 18, 2010 Such a shame people think less of finding who did that to the dog, than "helping" the RSPCA (which they wouldnt be anyway) The BEST thing that can happen to that chap would be for him to be named, then, he will get what he is due. Unfortunately (for some) its the RSPCA that have bought it to light, not any one person, if you are GENUINE dog people you wouldnt give a monkeys about the RSPCA, I dont! No not really, he's a dog owner like any other who's kicking his dog to hurry up out of the rain LOL . *JOKE* Everyone knows you shouldn't treat a dog like that and if he ain't got the patience to walk the pup then maybe he shouldn't have one?
