Urban Fox Control London 8
I suggest that you contact a reputable Pest Control Company in your area that deal with foxes and let them take care of it, if you are seriously concerned. The local Council will most probably dismiss your call for help. A reputable Pest Control Company that deal with nuisance foxes will have the necessary experience, knowledge, insurance and equipment / moderated firearms to deal with such a nuisance fox. I would very much doubt that anyone with a valid shot gun certificate would discharge a 12g in the back garden of a built-up area to humanely dispatch a fox in a wire mesh trap. I would think their would be helicopters, dog vans and firearm teams all over the place. You could google BPCA (British Pest Control Association) and ask for a contractor near you. Quote Link to post
