scottish hunting law ??

Recommended Posts

ok here it is ,i was speaking to a keeper mate who i help out now and then we got on the subject of working our terriers . He said that in scotland the law is different from england and wales as far as you can get written permission for control of foxes for the protection of live stock and that you only need the farmer weather he own it or just be the tennant to sign your permission letter

could anyone clear this up for me as this silly hunting act is as clear as mud
