Lab 10,979
We used to call them a jennie willox ,dont know where it comes from . Ive not saw one for a couple of seasons now. hey ho keep smiling. Glad you put this cause exactly what i call them. Cant understand why anybody would want to shoot them onsight though? They still fly just like the rest of them so its still money in the pot at the end of the day Quote Link to post

mellors 0
We know them as "mules" I think the correct name is actually a gynandromorph, they are a hen that has recieved organ damage and start to take on some charchteristics of cock birds. They are unable to breed but live, fly like any other pheasant. young beater 0
I used to get this when i used to breed rare poultry. Some would grow feathered like a cock and hen and some of the cocks would grow to be hen feathered. Quote Link to post
