Phantom 631
Looks like a nice bit of kit but.......... However one of the most respected and best Marksmen on here did similar and regretted it in a matter of a few shots! Could have been just the one rifle perhaps? I'm sure Si (Zini) will be along in a day or so to tell you of his experiance. Phantom Quote Link to post

sibaldib 6
I was seriously considering one about a year ago. However, I started to hear stories about leaking air cylinders and the fact that every time you take it apart it lost an amount of air. Then Zini had problems with his and I decided against it and ended up with an Air Arms TDR in .177. Cheers Sib Quote Link to post
zini 1,939
Hi mate, As my very good friend Tony as already stated I used to own a .177 FX Vermi. The rifle is very small and paintable and I can honestly say that it is the most accurate rifle I’ve EVER shot in my life. I used Bisley Magnum pellets and it was outstanding doing 11.85 ft/lbs Look at this footage and you will see what I’m on about The footage was at a lased 30 metres and the group would have been even smaller if the pellets would of not kept hitting the first drawing pin and deflecting slightly. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZKS732r-FQ4 The problem that I had with it though is it leaked after 3 days of intense hunting and at that time in my life I was shooting every day within a secure military army camp for my boss and couldn’t afford to be mucking about with an unreliable rifle. Maybe this was just a faulty rifle, Im not really sure but I know it put me off them for good. I bought a HW100KT instead and that was faultless. It went to a friend on here who now uses it. If I was you I would read some reviews on Google and see if the rifle suffers from leaks often mate. All the best Si Quote Link to post
