ghillies 209 Posted October 16, 2010 Author Report Share Posted October 16, 2010 had some fun on those little hokeye fish.. from polock to 2 lb, large launce, whiting, mackrel, quite a few major pull's n snap (conger suspected) to all but being pulled out the boat fishing 'The Fang's', 50 foot of water hits a 20 foot smooth mantal along with seven currents...eeeek......... three qaurter revs was about 35 mph land speed, it stood still at that, then wappp! the rod hit the front side rail and what ever it was took off against the currents, several full line outs later while chaising it back on full throttle it came lose... not nice at all.(if it wasnt for the hand rail i'd of gone straight in for sure.).. tope was the suspect. Try a simpler composition, and don't complain about bad light when it's actually under your control, use natural light, maybe bounce the flash etc. You have some good ideas going on there, something to work on Nice tackle btw Quote Link to post Share on other sites
