Night Hunter 109
Does anyone use these cartridges for geese and ducks,if so are they any good and do they perform as well as the sales pitch states, also what should I expect to pay for them...I would also be interested to hear what steel shot cartridges are performing well . nasher1 258
I paid £14.50 for a box of ten as my larona wont take steel, missed the first duck hit the second then a rabbit ran accross my path shot it stone dead gave myself a pat on the back for a good shot then realised I had just shot a rabbit with a £1.45 cartrige Quote Link to post

Night Hunter 109
Cheers guys,I managed to pick up a box of hevishot for the ducks but not the geese cluny clays have them in stock but they are very expensive at £18.45 a box of ten, I will give them a shot to see how they perform but I think that this will be the only box I buy and I will be using steel in the future. I would have liked to try the Hevi Metal carts that are used in the link bellow but could'nt get hold of any they come in a box of 25 I think. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cVWCmcfPyj4 Quote Link to post
