I would suggest that the Police have a close inspection of their RFD Ticket myself

Just like the Inland Revenue did when I told them of my employer! They said "Pardon? we have them as a cleaning company, I replied, "Yes I know and the Security Industry Authority say they don't have a License to operate either" (but then I am an evil b@stard at heart )

Not only does it scream bad news, but it goes against them if they refuse it

 

Trust me I know my way around these things!

I have taken on many a retailer

Usually the threat of T.S. gets me what I want especially when I say "Well, in that case Sir; I'm gonna have a walk down Hessle Road now, I'll see you in court!"

It's usally "Whats down Hessle Road?" to which I respond, "Oh my brother is a Senior Investigation Officer For Hull area Trading Standards, Their office on Hessle Road!"

But I have actually taken the odd company to court as well as a couple of employers the one I mentioned above was a classic example of how not to f**k with me.

Not only did the SIA close the company down, the company we were guarding for tore up their contract after I advised them that their insurance (on a multi billion pound policy) was totally invalid as the security company I worked for didn't really exist and I was the only one in the organisation with a valid SIA permit and the Inland Revenue was very keen to investigate them

I'd still give Police a call, if they are sending stuff directly to the customer, they are commiting a criminal offence. And I bet you a pound to a penny that D.H.L, don't have a clue what they are carrying.

It seems like its about time someone actually did take action against these morons

 

I am very thankfull to people on here who share their experiances with comapnies, as it gives us a "Heads up" as to who we can and can not trust out there

 

I'm glad they folded and gave you, your money back I dont think that after this kind of publicity among shooters, they will remain in business for too long

 

Perhaps its time you guy's joined other forums to spread the word?
