southcott 9 Posted October 15, 2010 Report Share Posted October 15, 2010 had my pup vaccinated , and the vets are now giving you a wormer in the puppy pack, before ive always used tablets or panacur, the wormer they gave me was advocate spot on for worms flea etc, i saw no worms the first time i used it, on my second jab she gave me another spot on, this time i saw two large worms ! not happy with the results i got a 3 day panacur and the worms are pouring out,iwont ever trust advocate again Quote Link to post Share on other sites
collie/grey 238 Posted October 15, 2010 Report Share Posted October 15, 2010 I wouldn't use a spot on treatment for puppies in the first place as that needs time to kick into the system fine for an adult but a pup needs emptying out of worms soon after treatment and alot more regular.
