mrk 3

hi peple

am going to buy a mrk 3 next year.is it better than the mrk 1 and does it have any faults.can i just say if you have had both mrk 1 and the mrk 3 how would you compare them as some people have said they find the pinpoint control frustrating and hard to used to.were did you get your from.

mk1 suites me fine simple to use, when it goes tits up then maybe i will have to get a mk3 :thumbs-up:

MK1 all the time...........

Never had a MK 1, but have a MK 3 now.

Used it a few times, it seems ok, but in most cases, mine says 4ft, then have found the fert was only 2 ft Or even less.

 

Apparently, something to do with soil conditions ect.

 

Have asked around to folks who used the MK 1 and they have all said that the MK 1 did not do that, but, it did have interference from over head power lines and electric fences on farms, which the MK 3 does not get.

 

As the MK 1 will soon be off the map and parts are not available for it, i got the MK 3, but, their are some good MK 1s still available on e.bay, so might get one of them meself, just for back up, till they sort this MK 3 out. I payed a lot of money for the MK 3, you would expect it to work dead on for that price.

 

Just my experince so far.

mark 3 is a lot better then my mark 1 and you get used to it easy and it a lot more acrate then the mark 1 and you can find the ferrets faster

the mk1 is very accurate its bang on target all day long mate :thumbs-up:

So far, the mark 3 is working OK for me. However, it is in it's first season and time will tell Takes a bit of getting used to, but mine seems accurate.

I had some frustrating days trying to get used to the mk3,now its the buisness,the mk1 isnt a patch on it.

well i couldnt stand it personly! so when you come to by a mk3 pm me and ill by the mk1 collars off you lol
