police, the chopper, the bald copper, wat a waste of tax payers money

Recommended Posts

in recent weeks([bANNED TEXT] the ground was right) those of u lads that have been out will already know how hot hare coursings been this season already! In our economic state atm i wonder how the police can raise money to police hare coursing at the levle they areatm. amongst our coursing community there have been some crazy storys already...road blocks at oxford and lambourne every road in and out, helicopter up in every county @£1000 per hour lads bein pulled out of cafes whilst eating there breakfast and there photos taken, being followed 2 counties by the chopper, numerous cars and dogs taken absolutley pathetic! just thought this would give u lads a chance to voice your opinions on the subject and any experiences so far this season id love to hear it.

It needs publicity to show how much money is being spent making innocent people criminals. There are to be massive job cuts soon, hopefully then they will get their prioroties straight and we can do

I read on here a while ago about the police number members of the public should call if they see someone coursing, theres 1 for every different area I believe.   If they were constantly called 24/7

The countries on its arse, thanks to you know who :whistling: , so they gonna collect cash anyway they can :whistling: coursers make easy targets stood out in the middle of a field :icon_eek: much easier than actually tracking down and arresting the criminals that plague society. Saying that it must be a real pleasure to live in an area like Boston where the police do such a good job of stopping crime in the town, leaving them free to runaround the countryside 24/7 arresting lads giving their dogs a run :wallbash:

Fookin pathetic law, strips away more of our history and heritage

At the end of the day it imho comes down to this the police/goverment etc are prepared to ignore real criminals as when they do catch themit only costs the country money to trial then jail them, even if they get a fine its paid by the country out there benfits, so they stick to the soft option of making up offences, knowing that in order to get the dogs back home lads will admit guilt and pay fines, fookin shite state of affairs really

Spot on arctic gun ! every junky and thief in the country have a season pass to the dam courts and are all well known bye judge's the sick part is these people get away with all they do even though the judge knows it and as you say people like us out walking a dog staying out of trouble and helping a farmer control the distruction of his lively hood wee get bent over a fence and shafted. There will come a time though in years to come that the duty lawyers etc will become as seasoned to these types of offences and the bottom line is people are not going to stop something they have been brought up doing unlike the junky's our addiction is our dogs and our hobby !!

Never mind hare coursing - a mate of mine was in a field shooting a couple of rabbits with an air rifle and someone rang the police. They sent a police car, a police van and a helicopter. One bloke with a air rifle! He got a caution and they took his air rifle but gave it back to him when went and asked for it the next day........

I can't believe that they are moaning there is no money and yet they send the helicopter up if someone is chasing a big bunny that people had been doing for years!

However there are women being rape on the street in London because they can't afford the police presence.

It is much easier to catch people doing non crimes, if you have shot the hare and let it die slowly there is no law against that.

Ridiculous. I was on a small syndicate shoot day last season and a chopper came over and was hovering above us for a few mins before fecking off. Its out to anyone in the countryside with dog or gun these days.

Unfortunately today our society would rather spend money protecting animals i.e hare badger deer and foxes, than cancer patients in hospitals, our local hospital is closing yet money is being spent hand over fist on wildlife crime, let the animals fend for themselves look after the elderly and the sick, there is plenty of dogooders  :wankerzo4: who will go out in the country and do it for nothing the got :censored: all better to do

Anyway rant over that got that off my chest
