hey ,

i am new here and i have been following the forum's for some time now .

i live in belgium so me writing wil not be perfect

i'm making me own net now for some time , made them always from hemp

no i wanted to make them frome nylon , they look good but keep tangele up , when i hold them by one ring and

let the net hang it turns a fwey thime's arown

do anyone now's what to do about it ?

This happens when you load the needle from the spool to prevent it load the needle from the spool in a horizontal position not vertical

thanks for the tip ,

if that is the case i'm gone look to make someting to put the spool in so it kan only rol of in the horizontal way

thanks for that "s" i been nitting 25 years (no not the same net) and never new,, mind you i only realy youse poly and it dont twist, but good tip , cheers

I use the elasticated luggage hooks, thread one end through the spool and hook it on to a couple of door/cupboard handles

OR watch the video on here about netmaking, it shows how to take the twine off of the spool without it twisting, pretty self explanatory really!
