Guyver: Bioboosted Armor 6
Go and take a walk round a children's cancer ward. You'll soon realize you have f**k all to be depressed about. Depression my hole. Attention seeking more like. just shows how little you know about depression, many people with depression dont want to be near other people and many wont talk about it, ive heard of peoples partners and familys not even knowing about it until something goes badly wrong or something blows it all out into the open. if you know nothing about a subject dont try to preach about it to people who do p.s what the f**k is your username about? are you suffering a midlife crisis or is it just you looking for attention????? Well give her a call then. Obviously shes one of the ones that does like to talk about it since she posted on an internet forum. Like I said depression my anus. IanB 0
Depression, nasty thing... I think most of the people who suffer it, need to change there life around and their habits to overcome it... Theres also the people who claim to have it but don't, millions ! ........making anyone who genuinely does suffer look like there one of them... I wouldn't wish it on anyone... Simoman 110
All I would say is you wont find the solution to your problems on a hunting forum. Make a doctors appointment and seek professional advice as depression may go away but it will be back..........
lord of the fens 23
Exercise.... exercise.... exercise.... Everything to do with thoughts, depression, mental problems are all in your head so, no matter what you do, they are with you. But, feeling good about yourself is always a good feeling.... so get healthy and start getting a bit of self worth. Dont dwell on the negatives of life, look on the positives of every situation... People take life too serious....

Make a doctors appointment and seek professional advice as depression may go away but it will be back.......... Good advice But sometimes it helps to know that you are not alone... I don't know what all the other crap on this thread is about and I don't care who is who or if they are attention-seeking or whatever, but genuine sufferers of clinical depression will know that it is a bit more than just feeling a bit sorry for yourself or having a bad day... Walking round a hundred cancer wards isn't going to help, if anything it would make it far worse. With depression there is often no obvious cause anyway... The very people who have it all, who appear to have perfect lives, often have the most terrible mental anguish going on inside. My partner has suffered from depression for many years. He fights it as best he can, has tried many different treatments, but every so often it returns for a few days, weeks, months... Never an obvious reason for it, and it comes with very nasty physical symptoms too... Nothing to do about it except hope it will pass quickly We all get a bit down from time to time, but depression is a serious illness which can be life threatening, and should be treated as such.

Lab 10,979
Take a long hard look in the mirror and give yourself a bloody good shake, thats what i do if i feel shitty. Usually happens to me in the middle of the rearing season and its pishing down with rain, birds are looking shite and you see your hard work and money going down the drain. Always somebody worse off around the corner....................

Tiff 36
If you are depressed more often than not, you need to get help ... it isn't just you that it affects, it affects everyone who loves you. There is a type of therapy called EMDR that can be beneficial if you had a serious trauma in your life ... Post Traumatic Stress, Sexual, Abuse etc ... get the help you need, some people just need more help than others.
