Tiercel 6,986
i take it 4z better then but what about lengths Only you can answer that, as you know or should know your ground. For night time netting I use 25 and 50 yard nets. For ferreting anything between 5 and 50 yard nets depending on where I am working. TC Quote Link to post
muddy 6
I have 1 4Z brown 50 yard, 2 6Z green 50 yard, 2 6Z 25 yard, and 2 10Z 5 yard, stop / hedge nets. 100 yards of net will usually circle a warren, then I will put 1 or 2 of the 25 yarders across the warren, or run a 50 yarder up the middle in a zig zag to catch hole hoppers. 4 or 6Z is up to you, they will both catch rabbits. If I was going to have 1 net it would be 50 to 100 yards in 4Z. Good luck. Quote Link to post
para1 11
When you set a 100yd net you don't have to set all of it but when you only have a short 25yd net its all set ?? Just a thought.P1 Quote Link to post
