best of luck mate, but if they had been repeatedly kicking my dog i'd be up for ABH

How many times have people posted on here about their dogs being attacked by 'fat chav staffs' while out on leads etc. Most of the replies state they'd have kicked f**k out of the dog that ran up off

yeah that sounds like great advice very responsible you complete numpty, and to thing i had a post removed the other day for having a light hearted joke and the mods leave this crap up is a joke

Just out of interest what would you do if somebodys dog took a hold of your dog........... :hmm:

he didnt actually say "his dog had taken a hold of there dog", he just said an altercation had taken place with one of her dogs, which i assumed was a bit of boistreous f*****g about, thus giving me the impression the repeated kicking was a little extreme, but regardless of fault if 2 people are reeatedly kicking my dog i aint gonna stand by and watch

I would have thought it was more than a "bit of boisterious f*****g about" since it is now going to court, but granted there are some dicks out there looking for a claim at every corner.

I'm sorry, but if your dog ran up to mine and things kicked off while mine were on a lead, it'd get it's fecking arse booted, no two ways about it.

I wouldn't have taken it any further mind.

Just out of interest, is it the CPS taking you to court or is it a civil case?

Ur dog maywell ov aproached the other dog being friendly and the other dog attcked urs maybee thats why it was on the lead, but if ur dog was loose and and the other on a lead then they probably av u by the short n curlys. But doesn't go to say his dog is under controll just coz it was on a lead and if the misshap wasn't 1 way trafic then it was ur dog against another and 2 people, if it wer me they wud hav a reason to claim compo. :whistling:

Most dogs I know go into protect mode when they're on the lead and IMO they're doing nothing wrong by kicking off when a strange dog flies at them.

wich dog atacked wich mate??

It wont matter what dog did what, there was 1 dog on a lead and another off. It will be looked at like that and the dog off the lead will always get the blame.

Most dogs u know aint socialised properly then

Even the best socialised dogs aren't keen on a strange dog tearing up towards their owner when they're on a lead in my experience, especially if the can't read the dogs intentions:

a patt mate non working.

she is socialised, but after all this i noticed she was coming into season.

My little JRT gets like that when she's coming into season. She runs up and flaunts herself at any dog that might be nearby.

It might sound like a load of crap to some people, but with her docked tail the dogs she's running at to 'whore' herself too can't always read her intentions. For that reason alone I always put her on a lead round other dogs now.

Hope everything works out for you pal, please don't think I was having a go earlier on in the thread.
