if it aint the box or batteries check inside the collar cap for dirt and the contact on the collar as it might need cleaning :thumbs-up:

we tryed cleaning it before but ill have another go after

I have had this problem in the past,with mine I took some wire wool put it inside the cap and gave it a good rub round,then cleaned the terminal with either wire wool or fine glass paper, worked ok after that.
